LUBLIN, POLAND – For several weeks now, a personality has confused Armenians on the internet: Tomasz Lech Buczek.
This man, who is definitely not Armenian, seems well on the way to surpass Armenians on their own Armenity.
The man is said to have even written a book on things that many Armenians themselves ignore.
“He brings us shame”, complains an Armenian man. “While we argue here about how to roast Nikol, the guy honors our dead every two hours …”
“We’re completely lost”, reveal his relatives, very worried. “At first it was just the flag. Then the poster of Monte [Melkonian]. But yesterday he started writing in Armenian …”
“He’s a real patriot,” says a young Armenian girl. “If he’s not already with someone, I’d be totally ready to marry him!”
At publishing time, Tomasz is said to have assembled enough Turkish enemies to obtain Armenian nationality.
Seriously, Tomasz Lech Buczek is an Arm… Polish politician, lawyer, writer and activist… who for more than a week, has been honoring the memory of Armenian soldiers fallen in combat (see screenshot of the pictures he’s been posting below).
He is the author of a book on the Sumgait pogrom, and a staunch ally of the Armenian cause as a whole.
He also launched a couple of petitions:
